I will be leaving the USA on June 1, 2011 (not coming back) and need to transfer my lease urgently: a 9 month renewable contract which goes through January 31, 2012.

The rent is currently $1050.00/month and it includes the water. I am willing to pay your application fees ($40.00/ app.) and refurbishment fees ($100.00).
I also sell my furniture in case you need some (for which I can provide a complete list with pictures upon request).
